We strive to provide you with the best service so you are completely satisfied with your new item.
Generally, our policy allows for customer remedy within 14 days after order delivery. We will accept returns within 14 days from delivery of your order only of products in "as new" condition, which are unused, unwashed, unworn and unsealed, original tags still attached and can be subsequently sold.
FAULTY, WRONG, DAMAGED (INCLUDING DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING) OR MISSING ITEMS AND ITEMS SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED
On very rare occasions where you believe your item is faulty, significantly not as described, damaged (including damaged during shipping) or missing, we will offer you a replacement if you send us a request within the timelines specified below and after we inspect your original item and the inspection concludes that indeed your product falls in one of the categories above.
We will accept requests for a replacement, return or refund 14 days after delivery for faulty items.
We do not accept any requests for a replacement, return or refund 7 days after delivery is completed for:
- Items significantly not as described;
- Wrong item;
- Damaged items;
- Missing items.
Please note the colours in photos may differ slightly to the original colour due to differences in light settings.
To be able to inspect your product, we will request you to return your original item. In some cases we may request photos or videos to validate your claim. You will be liable for return shipping costs. If the item is concluded to be faulty, significantly not as described, damaged or missing, we will send you a new one and cover your return shipping costs.

Damaged items and items significantly not as described
We will only consider an item to be damaged or significantly not as described if the damage precludes the item from serving its main purpose.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, please be completely sure of your choice before you place an order.
Please make sure you have read the detailed descriptions to our sunglasses, including size and age guides.
If you believe your item is the wrong size and you wish to return, we will offer you store credit but no refund at this time. We will request that you follow our general policy in regards to timelines, and returns. Teeny Cherubs will not be liable for return shipping costs.
For you to be able to receive your order as soon as possible, we strive to ship on the same or next business day. You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we consider the request for cancellation to be due to change of mind.
PARCEL NOT DELIVERED, LOST OR STOLEN
We ship with Australia post or other reputable couriers. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to monitor progress of your delivery. If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen, we are more than happy to help you lodge a claim with the relevant courier. Our general policy will apply.
Currently we do not offer warranty on our products.

Returns without prior communication will not be honoured.
Please allow up to 4 business days for processing after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email of the result and remedy you are entitled to.
If we conclude that you are entitled to a remedy, you may be offered store credit instead of a replacement. We will only issue a store credit if it has been agreed with you or as specified above. The store credit will be of the value of your return, excluding any duties, charges or other additional fees. Shipping costs will only be included if you have returned your item at your own cost and our inspection has concluded you are entitled to return shipping cost reimbursement.
We are currently not allowing for exchanges other than replacements specified above. In case you wish to exchange an item, it is advised you follow the steps above to return your original item and go to www.teenycherubs.com.au to order a new item.
We will not be liable for shipping costs in case you wish to exchange your item for any reason other than the reasons specified above.
