Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best service so you are completely satisfied with your new item. In very rare occasions when you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer you a store credit, but no refund at this time. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, please be completely sure of your choice before you place an order.

We do not accept any returns or refund requests 7 days after delivery is completed for:

- Faulty items;
- Damaged items;
- Missing items.

Please note the colours in photos may differ slightly to the original colour due to differences in light settings.

We will accept returns within 14 days from delivery of your order only of products in "as new" condition, which are unused, unwashed, unworn and unsealed, original tags still attached and can be subsequently sold.
Allow up to 4 business days to process the store credit once we receive and inspect your item. We will notify you via email once the credit has been issued.
RETURN PROCESS

- Contact us on contact@teenycherubs.com.au with your order number, the product you are returning and reasons for your return.

- You will receive further communication from us on how to complete your return.

- Please allow up to 4 business days for processing after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email once the credit has been issued.

The store credit will be of the value of your return, excluding any shipping costs, duties, charges or other additional fees.

TEENY CHERUBS will not be responsible for return shipments. 

EXCHANGES

We are currently not allowing for exchanges. In case you wish to exchange an item, it is advised you follow the steps above to return and go to www.teenycherubs.com.au to order a new item.
